Questions, answered

How does naming my own fare work?

Bargo shows a recommended price for your trip. You can offer that, a bit less or a bit more. Drivers nearby accept your price or send a counter-offer, and you pick the one you like.

How do I pay?

You pay your driver the agreed fare in cash at the end of the trip. Card payments are coming soon.

What is Bargo Share?

Shared rides on fixed Lagos routes. You book a seat on a departure, meet the car at a meeting point and pay a set price per seat, usually much less than a car to yourself.

Is Bargo available on iPhone?

Bargo is on Android first. The iPhone app is coming soon.

What happens if I feel unsafe?

Tap SOS in the app. It sends your live location to the Bargo safety team straight away, and you can call 112 from the same screen.

How do I delete my account?

In the rider app, open Profile and tap "Delete my account and data". What's deleted and other ways to ask.
